letting go, letting them grow...

Bantam Boy has his licence. He's borrowing the car from me tomorrow so he can drive himself to work and then drive about to see his friends. I told him it will cost him lunch for me delivered to school when he finishes his shift at about 11;30. I think that's fair enough.
He also has a girlfriend now too.
And I'm crying at the telstra add where the young man rings his mum from the train telling her he's coming to visit her!

My son has been driving for about 10 years and my daughter about 4 years, but I am their Mama and I still worry about them every time they go out. I do not think that will ever stop. You not only worry about their driving but about the other drivers on the road. I guess that is part of being a mom.
I loved your photo from you hotel balcony.

In fact your creative writing abilities has inspired me to start my own BlogEngine blog now. Really the blogging is spreading its wings rapidly. Your write up is a fine example of it.
