Attempt two. I don't know why I keep on trying to do this as I hate drawing hands and faces and am always struck by my ineptitude in being able to recreate the human face! Attempt two. I don't know why I keep on trying to do this as I hate drawing hands and faces and am always struck by my ineptitude in being able to recreate the human face! I agree--it's a beautiful line drawing! It has so much feeling in it and that is more important than the detail. BTW I just noticed you have a link to my blog (thank you!) listed as 'the peacock files'. That was a name I toyed with for a couple of minutes--you must have been onto it!!--but have since renamed it 'the rachel papers' (with thanks to Martin Amis). I'm a terrible decision-maker. Hope the New Year's looking promising...
